Priority list

Joining the priority list requests opening, booking and gift card updates. It does not create or guarantee an appointment and does not charge your card.

Optional appointment texts are described in our SMS notification terms.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Grand opening offer

The 20% first-visit discount and complimentary tumbler are limited to the first 500 eligible confirmed bookings while supplies last. One offer per guest. Additional restrictions may apply.

Service prices

Prices marked “From” are starting prices and may vary based on length, shape, removal, product and design. The service price will be confirmed before work begins.

Gift cards

When online gift-card sales are enabled, payment is processed securely by Stripe and the digital card is delivered by email. Present the live QR code or gift-card code at Velora. Gift cards may be redeemed for eligible services and products, are not reloadable, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Treat the code like cash. Lost or shared codes cannot be replaced after redemption. Available purchase options are shown on the gift-card page.
