2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Reservations are encouraged; walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future scheduling. Nothing is charged when you book — you pay for your service at the salon after your appointment.

3. Service Prices

Prices listed on the website are for reference only and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on nail length, design complexity, and add-on services.

4. Promotions

Grand opening promotions have not launched yet and will be announced before we open. Any future offer will be limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or gift cards, and Velora Nail Spa reserves the right to determine eligibility and to decline an offer if it is misused.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velora Nail Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Please inform your technician of any allergies, pregnancy, or medical conditions before your service begins.
