Information we collect

When you join the Velora priority list, we collect the name, mobile number, email address and area of interest you provide. When you save an SMS preference, we record your mobile number, the consent wording, source and date. When you book, we also record appointment details and, if you choose SMS, your consent text, date and notification delivery status.

For opening-list registrations on this website, we also record a basic campaign source, such as Google Business Profile, when available. A session-only browser value preserves this source while you navigate. We do not store the full referring URL or campaign query with your registration.

How we use it

We use this information only for Velora Nail Spa opening, booking, gift card and service updates. We do not sell your personal information. SMS providers process mobile numbers and message content to deliver notifications. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. We do not share or sell mobile numbers for third-party marketing. Service providers may process necessary mobile numbers and message content only to deliver our notifications.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or remove your information, or opt out of messages at any time. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance.
